Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the OwnTheOrder ordering system provided by Orient Pizzeria & Döner. The purchase contract for food and beverages is concluded exclusively between you and the respective restaurant. 4Unit is not a party to the purchase contract.

2. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to the restaurant (Section 145 German Civil Code). The contract is concluded when the restaurant accepts the order.

3. Prices and Fees

• Food prices are set by the restaurant
• Service fees: An additional service fee may apply for certain payment methods (in particular online payments). This fee is shown explicitly in the cart before completing the order and must be confirmed by the customer.
• All prices include applicable VAT

4. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists for perishable goods (Section 312g(2)(2) German Civil Code). Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Dispute Resolution

6. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
